Recently met Dr. Pomeroy for our first appointment with our kids. I was surprised how long he took with us to get to know both of our children! He showed concern for both their mental and physical health. He gave helpful suggestions that didn’t jump directly to putting my kids on medications. I truly appreciate that! Two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful experience with Leaps and Bounds Pediatrics. From the initial call all the way to the appointment, we were met with efficiency and professionalism. My son was due for a well check and immunizations, and we were able to get an appointment within a week. I love the communication via text and the app which allowed us to submit records and print new patient paperwork to complete in advance. We were greeted warmly in reception and waited less than 5 mins for our room. The nurse was great with my son. He has a lot of social anxiety and she was patient and kind. He was very nervous about his booster shots and she was excellent in distracting him and making the experience quick and painless for him. Super impressed with Dr. Pomeroy! He took an incredible amount of time to establish rapport with my son, and complete a thoughtful and thorough well-checkup. He really went above and beyond any pediatric visit I’ve ever had with any of my 5 children. We will definitely stay patients at Leaps and Bounds and highly recommend them to all!

We have been incredibly happy that we made the switch to Dr. Brian! Love that he listens to both mom and dad’s concerns and is so thorough with our babies! The staff have all been great and I’m so excited that Meghan has joined the team as a provider! She’s incredible!

Dr. Brian has been wonderful for my husband and I as parents!! He is very personable, and knowledgeable. I’m extremely impressed with his staff and their service! They’re all so kind and caring! He utilizes an app called spruce to keep in contact with all patients. I love that. Any questions or concerns and he will respond in a timely manner, including weekends. Which really helped when our newborn was experiencing a fussy episode over a weekend. He messaged back and reassured us within hours!! The professionalism I’ve experienced with Leaps and Bounds has me so happy we chose Dr. Brian! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEAPS AND BOUNDS!!!

Leaps and Bounds is an amazing facility. The staff is absolutely amazing and played with my little boy while I signed paperwork. Dr. Brian is a great doctor who was really patient with my little boy and you can tell he is very knowledgeable. I’ve been having problems with insurance and they’ve been on the phone helping me get everything squared away. I couldn’t be happier that we ended up at their office.

Very professional and personable staff that genuinely cares about your child’s health and wellness. Dr. Brian is very knowledgeable and thorough in his examinations and is able to explain his findings in an easy-to-understand manner for the parents. We’re very happy with all aspects of the treatment and care our kids have received at Leaps & Bounds.

Dr. Brian saw us the same week we called! I was so impressed with how he genuinely took an interest in each one of my four children, asking them questions to make them feel valued. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He quickly called me back the same day, following up with one of my child’s issues. My kids were so full of energy but his office staff embraced them with a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to provide fun activities to keep them entertained. I cannot say enough about Leaps and Bounds and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding pediatrician and his staff!

I waited til I went a second time to write a review. I took my 9mo old baby and 11yo. Dr was great! He takes his time to talk to his patient and get to know them well. He explains everything well and has excellent bedside manner. Checking in and out is fast and easy. Front desk ladies are nice and the nurse is great too! The place is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this doctors office!

I cannot adequately express how grateful we are for Dr. Brian, Meghan, & the staff at Leaps & Bounds. Our son was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Dr. Brian has been so patient and kind. He is very thorough in his assessments but is able to explain everything in an understandable way. Communication with Dr. Brian and the staff has been top notch since day one. It is very easy to get an appointment scheduled and Dr. Brian and Meghan have even answered questions after hours regarding our son. When our previous pediatrician moved, she recommended Dr. Brian and I am so glad she did! If you need a pediatrician, I highly recommend Leaps & Bounds, especially if you have a child with Type 1.

Dr. Brian and his Nurse Practitioner, Meghan are absolutely phenomenal and genuinely care about your family’s well-being. Dr. Brian has advocated for our son since day one, and is very thorough. The front office staff and nurses are amazing too. Would recommend Leaps and Bounds to any parent!

Each person you encounter from the front office staff, nurses, and Dr. Brian are so kind and always helpful. They have always answered every question or concern we have had quickly, we have never had to wait in the waiting room when coming for a visit and they have always got my son in same day when he’s sick. We have had to use their after hours care as well and Dr. Brian has returned our phone calls each time within minutes! We really appreciate the thoroughness and how detailed both providers are. We recommend Leaps and Bounds to everyone we know and feel so lucky they are our pediatrician office!

Great experience! Everybody was very professional and kind. The Nurse Practitioner Meghan was who my 9 month old saw and she was thorough with my little one’s examination, kind, professional, sent me an email on developmental milestones/sample menus for food, and passed out samples. My husband and I will definitely be back. I 100% recommend Leaps and Bounds!

The staff here are great! The upfront staff, the MA, and Dr. Brian. The facility was so nice and clean. Dr. Brian took his time with us and explained everything in detail when I asked questions. He came to the hospital for check-in and circumcision after delivery, helped us through a NICU stay, and has been great throughout our baby’s first year of care. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. They were so accommodating and helpful. We saw Dr. Cooper and she was so kind and sweet. She listened and took the time to explain things.

Amazing staff! Dr. Cooper made our daughter feel extremely comfortable during her exam and they got us in and established on the same day of us requesting service.

I'm convinced we found the best pediatric office in town. They always take time to listen to us as we ask 50 + questions at every visit with our newborn. Their response time on their app is so quick. We know our baby girl is being seen by the best! I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

We just moved from East Texas and needed a new pediatric doctor for our 8 month old. We thought she might be sick so called first thing this morning and they got her in right away. She didn’t see her doctor but seen the NP (I am terrible with names sorry) but from the moment we called, walked in and was seen everyone was soooo sweet! They all loved on our girl as if they knew her from the moment she was born. Definitely the best place to bring your babies.

My 9mo old got her ears pierced today at her appt. I was very impressed by Meghan’s technique. She even used lidocaine cream to help numb my daughter’s ears beforehand. Meghan did an amazing job!! We have been going to Dr. Brian for almost a year now and we love his clinic. The staff is very professional and always welcoming. My husband and I highly recommend!

We switched here a little over a year ago and our only regret is not coming here sooner. Our last doc had so much red tape and always felt like they were only in it for the money.Leaps & Bounds is everything a pediatrician should be. My kids are happy to be here and the staff is *exceptional*. I'll plan to be here so long as my kiddos need a pediatrician.

I want to start off leaps and bounds is VERY clean, very beautiful, the messaging program is great, they are always quick to get you in, they have sick appointments etc everything you could want from a pediatrics office.we loved Meghan, she was so wonderful, informative, loving with my sweet babe and we truly loved her.The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we have a difference in views on a deal breaker for continuation on care with them. We decided to go to a different clinic because of their very strict no choice vaccine requirements.I know it’s very controversial.I do believe in vaccinations, I just think it’s a very personal decision and shouldn’t be pushed on parents either way, I just think it’s the pediatricians job to educate.That being said, my husband and I chose we would like to still vaccinate and vaccinate based on the CDC guidelines, we just didn’t want to do all the vaccines all together at the same time on the same day.We let them know we are more than happy to come back 2-4 weeks later for the 2nd half and that we would gladly pay, and they just don’t do that.Which is absolutely their prerogative.I respect them for staying true to what their rules and what their values are.I just personally would like to for my own peace of mind by separating my sons vaccines.We are very sad to switch but I know leaps and bounds will continue to be an awesome clinic for other parents.With that being said, if you do not vaccinate they won’t take you, and if you delay vaccinate at all they won’t do it. So take that however you want

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Pomeroy and the whole L&B office staff. Dr Pomeroy is very patient and answers all the questions we may have as first time parents. Nurses are always caring and gentle to our baby. I recommend this place!

We have been seeing Dr. Brian for 3 years now. Our daughter is 6 and autistic, he helped in our diagnosis process. Over the years he has made coming to the doctor something she gets excited about not scared. He is patient with her, plays games with her and truly makes sure she is comfortable throughout the entire visit. We couldn’t be more happy with the Peadatric care our kids receive at leaps and bounds.

We love Dr. Pomeroy! He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and great with our little one. Fully intend on continuing seeing him as long as we can.

We have been incredibly happy at Leaps and Bounds. My 2yo and newborn see Meghan and they both love her. All the staff has been very thorough, efficient, compassionate, and intelligent. Truly listens to our needs for our child and truly cares deeply, there is no pressure in his office and our boy is just so calm around Dr Pomeroy! Now I can add that with my newborn Dr. Pomeroy It’s thoughtful and Instead of waiting to see him at his office, He came to us and saw us and checked on her every morning at the hospital. Most doctors don’t do this since they have their practice as well, And I love that he did that!

My first time taking my baby here and I absolutely loved everything about it! From the front desk to the nurses and the DR!! I did have a “silly” question and she didn’t make me feel any type of way about it I would definitely recommend
